It's not legal to download/share commercial Dreamcast games software, no matter how old is is. It's not legal to download/share commercial Dreamcast games software, no matter how long the DC has been dead.

To find legal DC games go to Ebay, Amazon, etc., or stop complaining. Game companies have no obligation to make their copyrighted software available to people after there inital retail runs.

They are not stuck up at all, and if you can't face the fact you're a thief/pirate, get a life.
